Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Olive Distributors.
Where goods are VAT exempt, appropriate documentation may be required before VAT exemption can be applied.
Where a customer arranges collection or freight, a reputable shipping or freight provider should be used and relevant collection or shipping documentation may be required.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Olive Distributors.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, cleared funds must be received in our account before goods can be released.
Goods must be collected or dispatched within the agreed period following purchase unless otherwise arranged.
Full payment must be received before goods can be released to the customer, courier or freight agent.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact and business information when placing an order.
Any delivery or return arrangements are subject to our applicable Logistics & Returns Policy.
These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between the customer and Olive Distributors. By accessing this website and/or purchasing goods from us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that apply under UK law.
